The experience of sound is an essential dimension of human perception and self-realization. Across cultures and spiritual traditions, music has always served as a medium to explore and attain transcendence.
Certain types of music appear particularly suitable to stimulate meditative processes. For instance, music not only evokes emotions, which may be processed through meditative practices; but music also exemplifies the vital principle of impermanence through the deliberate rising and passing away of audible phenomena. At the same time, meditation can lead to a higher awareness of different levels of perception, which invites a more subtle experience of sound and music.

SIMONE VITALE
Simone Vitale is a visionary musician, composer and sound healer. His work is dedicated to promoting an ecology of sound and music where kindness and mindfulness are the keys to a deeper connection with ourselves and each other.
In his project THE SOUND OF GOLDEN LIGHT, Simone is following the call for a more ethical approach to Art. Bridging the worlds of Art and Medicine, The Sound of Golden Light presents a transformational, uplifting and heart-opening musical experience grounded in a well-researched and competent use of frequencies and harmony.
Simone’s musical creation is multifaceted and includes: healing music, music for pregnancy and birth, music of the plants, live music for yoga and movement, inspirational songs and more.
Originally from Rome, Italy, Simone Vitale is currently based in Auckland, New Zealand. He has been sharing his work internationally since 2012 in India (Kerala, Tamil Nadu), Germany, Estonia, Finland and New Zealand.

NAFTALI
Naftali is a multi-instrumentalist and hypnotherapist from Jerusalem whose passion for creating trance-formative states of connection bridges the worlds of music and healing. In addition to organizing musical concerts & dance events in Berlin, Naftali offers therapeutic workshops and individual sessions in Music Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Sound Healing, Meditation and Authentic Self-Expression.
One of his main instruments - the Handpan - is a recent Swiss invention which combines the unique sound of the Steel Drum with the percussive qualities of the Ghatam. Through the tender, otherworldly resonance of this instrument, Naftali weaves atmospheres of sound at once meditative and playful, inviting the listener into a deeper state of awareness.
